Good video, but you are talking and moving too fast. What "proxy" to selecty ? What "rSettings" ? My Huawei Y5 2019 is now stuck at their stupid EMUI 9.1 . Is that the same as Android 9.1 ? Click "Update" and it says "No further updates. You are using the latest version." What do I do now ? Buy a new phone ? My stupid bank says they are forcing everyone to have Android 10 by July 2023 to use their banking app.

Yes that's what happened with me ..the solution is to come your WiFi back to none proxy ( just like it was) you will see the updating begins.
