People probably don't realize that Huawei is one of the most important tech companies in the world. Every time they launch a flagship product they usually hit top of the rankings in every category (cameras, quality, innovation, etc.). I'm an absolute fan of the brand and its products. Even with the Google ban they continue to stun everyone with their products. An amazing company.

I wonder what would have happened had Huawei not had their issues/ban with the US. They were producing some fantastic devices and were heading for a domination of the market and Samsung would have definitely suffered massively had Huawei been still around in Europe and the US.

the problem is people in china can access the latest tech from huawei but not for non chinese, in fact there are a lot of cool tech gadgets with high specs are only available in china, even american company like tesla and apple made some special features that only for chinese market

I've got the Mate XS when it first come out and absolutely love it! After the years it's still running flawlessly. I'm just waiting for either Photon or Graphene chips to become available in Mobiles. That's when you'll see a quantum leap in performance and a mobile being worthy of an upgrade

A long time ago, phones were just phones, costing less than 100 bucks... Now here we are, with this pocket-size computer (costing as much as a desktop PC). It looks like the call/texting features have turned into gadgets, while the main features are now gaming, movies and apps. But I guess that this can exist because people are asking and willing to pay for that. Very interesting.

Apple and Samsung are complacent because of the ban. Ban or no ban, Huawei far exceeds anything apple and samsung (or anyone else) has to offer with all billions they spend on R&D. And from experience, huawei has one of the best after sales support out there.

Im glad you pointed it out...Since everyone has given the pixel fold heck for its price, this phone has no 5g service from what i have looked up, no stylus support, and not dustproof certified, and snapdragon 8 gen 1+, not the latest and greatest, and well over $2k...lets see what the reviewers say about this one, but it is a beautiful phone, i wish it wasn't banned from 5g support amongst other things.

This device is far ahead of the pixel hardware wise, there is no comparison. 5g is irrelevant and no foldable is dust resistant. It would be nice to meet stylus support no doub, although it would require a special case which would make it too chunky. Btw , I'm typing this on a mate x3

I'm typing this on an identical mate x3 and wow, it's an amazing phone. Having built in Google apps would be nice but with gbox you can get KZbin and all other Google apps that I have tried. The main downside is that you can't spit these apps in halfmbit you can run it in a desirable box. Overall awesome device.

No you don't need to have all your apps on screen in iPhone. You have an app drawer for like 2 years now. I can't stand how it was before. But now you can have all them in an app drawer. I like clean "Desktop" myself. Has all those apps cluttered everywhere. Waiting on my pixel fold as the mates are not available in the U.S. I don't think. Looks amazeballs.

IT was recently reléase in México for 1500 usdlls with a watch included and some othee goodies and I a really really holding myself from not buying IT, I really want I Just cant take that I cant have Google in IT, I own a mate 20 pro and a p30 pro as my daily (work and personal) and my wife has a mate 50 pro she is hapoy with, and I would truely like to have IT ( mate x3 I mean ) as my onmy Phone but I hate that Since Google is not officially in IT sometimes I have problems with some passwords and stuff I donw know.. Some inconvinients that I hate to have if I am expending as much money

@@mArvAlcao71 Android Based but not entirely compatible with Android APPS - so they have to offer their own and do not cover all bases. IT is a Fork of Android that uses the Linux kernel (Although they claim there is NO CODE in common with ANDROID). It still creates a problem - it still does not have an 8Gen 2 - and at $2000 it just does not compete price wise with better Android Offerings.
