I am considering purchasing the Huawei MateBook 14 (2024), but I have concerns regarding the political Sanctions and the Intel ban, which prevent them from selling chips to Huawei. Are you sure the charger is 40 watt? I have old Matebook and the charger is 65 watt. Don't think they will downgrade it. I have also watched other videos about the laptop and they say it has 75 whr battery
