While a fast SOC is ideal, at a certain price point, not every customer is after the fastest performance as long as it can deliver what they need. It doesn't say on the specs sheet so I don't think it does. I have only tried it with the built-in Notes app which has a touch disable feature so maybe that's why it doesn't register my hands while writing. 🙂 - Andre
