I've had it since February. It was great then but now it's showing me flames... KZbin buffers every 30 sec, there's a delay when switching between apps and the screen goes black while switching. No Internet connection while in a call. Have to restart often in order for apps to work properly. I had a P20 lite for 5 yrs before this Nova and it got stolen, how I so miss that phone 😢

Unfortunately KZbin is not optimised for this phone as Google services are not installed. Just check online on how to install Google services on Huawei phones. This should hopefully fix your issue

Vodacom Airtime not loading on this phone, wen I put the sim card on my other phone it loads. What can be the problem?

Not getting network. Make sure your network settings are correct

​@@southafricantechyoutubera04 and a04e are both garbage. I've owned both and sold them to buy a galaxy a05s which is a much better phone. Android 13 is way too heavy to be handled by a helio p35 and the a04e doesn't seem to have a fast charging option. The phone lags a lot on one ui 5 and I don't want to imagine how it will become worse on one ui 6. In contrast, a05 (mediatek helio g85) and a05s (Qualcomm snapdragon 680) are the best budget options out there

Excellent question. The 64gb storage and 4gb ram make it slightly better than the A04. Having said that the A04 is cheaper.

I've bought this phone directly from huawei a month ago, also a South African here, and I must say it is really a low budget phone with low budge experience, you could do better than this one unless you are in desperate need of a phone, its quite disappointing, started out fine, screen glitches now and then or the typing keyboard freezes or lags behind like an old computer which is low on Memory and can't handle fancy softwares . I've owned a P20 lite which far better and faster than this crap, charging is great but certainly not the best huawei made, cheap but very low quality. I'm even thinking of getting an iPhone once.
