Great video. Wondering if it is possible to get only the glass changed without having to get a whole new display? I cracked my phone today. It is just a cosmetic crack. The display and touch are working properly. Is it technically possible to get only the glass replaced?

Where did u get the screen from and how expensive was it

A genuine screen is close to £200 (or your currency equivalent). Partly down to OLEDs not being cheap, but largely down to Huawei only offering a "screen assembly", which is basically the whole front of the phone (and battery). There are cheap third party screens on ebay, but they are LCDs, not OLEDs, and generally junk.

Personally i like glue, because it gives a better and somewhat watertight seal. However it is more difficult to remove later on. Also, never trust your device to be waterproof after repair
