hello, my P40 pro do not accept fast charge anymore and when i try connect it to laptop, the laptop didn't recognazed it at all, is this caused by the charging board?, PS: i changed the connector cable but still the same issue

It can be a software issue or the board, also the cable you have replaced is an original?
