I think the battery tests for this and the p50 Pro have had some inconsistency as other you tubers have shown the p50 Pro has excellent battery life beating out the s21 ultra even, I'm not sure about the pocket but I would guess it is the same case

What KZbinrs? If you're talking about Technick, he had the Kirin Variant. Though, recently he got a performance update or something like that, and it severely weakened the P50 Pro's battery life.

What I hated the most about Huawei (mate20pro) is that it regularly skipped notifications! No matter what i did with battery management, forcing apps to stay awake etc etc... I can only imagine how worse did it get with absence of GMS. At least they stood out with their hardware at that time. Now they don't

Huawei's hardware is still topnotch. I just dropped the mate 30 pro and omg yes! Washed away the bad taste of the s21 plus in my mouth and nothing else has felt quite right since then. When i can afford it, I'll probably go back for the mate 40 or 50 Pro

Huawei was the best and went number one until the US Gov banned them. Otherwise they would have gone on to be the best ad infinitum.Their Kirin chip was very efficient and their AI and cameras were the best. Still use my Mate 20X from over three years ago and now on Harmony OS. Battery life makes the Pixel 6 Pro look like a phone from last century. Slick and fast and no issues notifications. Sadly missed.

In my opinion, the second Huawei lost Google Play Services, they should have reconsidered their stance on locked bootloaders. The appeal of people only using your ROM and getting ad-money/data sales is high, but you don't get any of that if you can't shift units to countries where Google is essential. Sideloading only gets you so far. I also understand the spiel about concerns when it comes to malware installed via fake ROMs by third-party sellers, and the brand damage that can do. But they used to do the same thing Xiaomi does where you ask for a code and then wait X days for approval. Just bring this back and their sales globally would no doubt skyrocket again.

Xiaomi doesn't have a code scheme. They use mi unlock tool and make you wait a week and sign up your phone

Huawi services are only banned in America. If Europe is not American, then you can use Huawei and even their services. The downside is that Huawei even consodered European markets since Huawei is popular only in Asian countries.
