Even with no google apps Huawei still makes the best phones in the world. I moved from the iPhone 11 Pro Max to the Mate 20X and I haven’t looked back. Can’t actually imagine myself with another phone brand.

@@nkr69 1. if the price almost or over apples iphones and samsungs S / Folds / Flip then yes its not worth it. 2. the gbox, lighthouse and all workaround so far, is more like virtual machine method. Who knows, maybe your data is being monitored and sold to 3rd party by doing that alternative? but then again, google also monitor everyone. I would rather just run the stuff through browser instead of that gbox. i miss my p20 pro. But i would say huawei atleast need to calm down on the pricing. thats just my 2 cents. If i want huawei experiece maybe its better to get Honor instead.

Brilliant devices but no 5G and sadly these can't be used with most banking apps in Europe as the App Galery does not support them. I would love to buy Huawei but until they solve these issues they remain just great phones of interest.
