You need to open up your phone, short the testpoints and unlock it with PotatoNV.

adb fastboot is not detecting my phone but it was detecting when phone was turned on and i used to cmnd to directly boot into the bootloader now it says no device connected

if i type fastboot devices it picks up my phone with a long code but if i try to flash the twrp.img or recovery.img it just say error cannot load recovery.img?

if the boot loader is locked unfortunately this sd card method will not be helpful, provide the method for unlocking the bootloader first. and please note that the P8 Lite models are different. there is this L21 that most people have and there is the L02 which i currently have and its giving me a headache

@@Lamreech when your phone is shut down you hold volume down and you plug your phone to computer If your phone stays on huawei logo you hold power button than if it shut down you quickly hold volume down and you conect it to computer

@@brunoreis5698 a) if you got the code 1. download a minimal adb and fastboot 2. hold a volume down key and plug usb cable to computer 3. on computer write fastboot oem unlock (your bootloader code) 4. press volume up to confirm that you want to unlock the bootloader and factory reset 5. you've done now flash twrp B)if you dont have code You need to get it but its not free i get my code using dc-unlocker for 6$ (it used to be free but huawei blocked this because of bricked devices) Sorry for late answer
