The problem with accuracy maybe because you're wearing it kinda incorrectly? I dunno why but most reviewers wore it too close to the wrist bone, which will interfere with the sensor readings, especially when they're moving their hand. I forgot where I saw it (you can check on Google) but the correct position will be about 1 finger away (about 1 cm) from the wrist bone. I have the 1st gen Watch Fit (bought in April 2021, so I have it for around 1.5 years) and I'd it's very accurate, except for when my skin's getting too wet maybe? Sleep reading also very very accurate. Like it knows when I fell asleep and woke up better than myself lol. So anyway maybe try wearing it not too close to the wrist bone and see if it fixes the problem?

The Huawei watches are truly amazing, I have a GT pro 2 and it last for almost 2 weeks and great build quality.

First of all I need to say that you have done an excellent work presenting the smartwatch, but I would like to ask, at the Huawei Health app you can measure your stress level but those measurements are not shown at the watch. Is there a way to make them appear on the watch? Thank you in advance

You can put the stress measurement in your favorite list or you get in the app drawer to access the stress app.

It says the watch supports Bluetooth calling but it has no keypad to dial out. You can click on contacts but it only stores upto 10 contacts.

Not true about the accuracy of this watch. There is a scientist on KZbin who specializes in testing smart watches with professional instruments for measuring your heart rate, blood oxygen etc. and this watch actually is pretty accurate compared to more expensive ones

This watch is a Mi Band 1s of notifications: it does not show them, at all. It gives a short vibration (you cannot apply any vibration patterns) and that's it. Huawei does not know that upon incoming notification the screen should light up and show it (when dnd is off). This is not a case here. One might say you should lift your wrist and the screen will light up with the message, but I'd like to disable a wrist movement since half the times watch lights up when I barely moved my hand and do not mean to look at it, thus draining the battery by using display. This is a "no go" for the smart watch in 2022, point! Returned the item.

No it doesn’t. If you are on a workout mode then the watch doesn’t allow you to do anything else.

The heart rate I have seen on your watch it was somewhere low as 44 bpm during the wearing...do you find that accurate? Mine does see me with the lowest at 39 bpm...I went to Huawei service they told me that the watch was fine. I know is not a medical device, but I come from a gt2 42mm and the lowest resting heart rate was about 50bpm. I was expecting that the watch can answer to WhatsApp calls but it doesn't. I love the accurate GPS, that my gt2 was lacking. As you said good watch for such a price but not monitoring health. I have no clue what to do, to send it back, or to keep it? Thanks for review.

I almost bought this watch for LIGHTWEIGHT , for me is important to forget I have it on my hand. I only give it up just for not being able to make calls from the watch, only answer calls. I bougt Gt runner that I love. The main complain for Gt runner is AOD. Now that you said " apple like AOD " for Fit 2 , I regret it even more

Thank you for the great review. A question for you or anyone who has the device: Can you create manual splits/laps during a run? I mean, can I press a button during a run, and a new split/lap starts (including the current split pace, etc.)? I want to use this feature to track intervals without having to set them up in advance. I tried the watch in the store and noticed that there's an option to set "manual split" (or something similar), so I assumed it was for that purpose. However, during the actual training, I couldn't find the corresponding button. It would be really appreciated if someone could answer this, as it's a deciding factor for me, and I couldn't find any information on this anywhere. Thanks!
