I myself have done some tests with, among others, the TP-Link AEP660 which is not worth its money at all compared to the Huawei. the AEP 660 has the advantage of its WiFi 6, but loses it in terms of speed compared to my Ubiquiti UniFi AP-A-C-LR and transmission power, on the other hand, the Huawei AX3 is definitely worth the money despite it not yet having the speed and transmission power of the Ubiquiti. For this money you cannot think of a better WiFi 6 than this router and it is also easy to use as an access point without adjustments. It is also a piece of cake to install it on your phone via the app.

Just setup 3 ax3 pro units yesterday and worked quite well. Some queries, can you change the security life from wpa/wpa2 hybrid to wpa2/wpa3 without needed to delete and recreate connections. Besides ps5, what else needs the legacy backup wifi 5? Which devices have problem with 160mhz, got several Huawei phones and tablets that are meant to work.

Hi, is this reliable, durable, with great performance and no latency issues? Would it be good to act as a router to replace my Virgin Media Hub 3 which I want to put in modem modem mode? Does the AX3 have better components, range and performance than the Hub 3 or Hub 4? How is the security and privacy of this router? How many devices can the single and dual core hold up to maximum theoretically and does this drop in speed like the Hub 3? I notice there is no USB port on this router, is that a problem? Can we run VPN or OpenWRT on this? Could I theoretically plug this into my ISP Hub 3 in modem mode, use it as my main router and WIFI, then plug additional AX3's into the main AX3 and use it as a wireless access point? Is there a WebApp that i can use to manage the router portal or is it only an app? Would this be better than the budget TP-Link, Netgead, Belkin, Tendas or D-Link routers out there and if so, why?
