Used this guide. which was a great one. but now after 2 to 3 minutes the screen freezes and I can't use it anymore. reboot, reconnect and take the phone apart and do it again did not work. I used cooler master processor paste . I bought a complete new LCD unit. btw. any ideas?

Better to order display with frame. After replace the phone looks as new, especially if back cover is in good condition. It is cost several bugs more but no glue leaking at all. I replace only LCD if it's impossible to find with frame. Also take some good mini electric screwdriver as wowstick. Believe me it saving you lot of time and also gives you all types of bits. Nice video btw. I can't do that. I can't filming and fixing in same time.
