I remember my first encounter with Bill Dang. He was yacking on and on about "there's the exit sign, the paint, the shelf switch, and the rotate the car around switch"... Yet my computer graphics card wasn't working, and I couldn't see what Bill was pointing to. I needed the shelf switch. I didn't care about anything else.
