I like look of this drone, I would buy but put off by brushed motors- any advise here, do they last for very long? I am leaning towards the Bugs 3 mini instead, at least it's brushless!! similar price also.

Nice video, as always. Did you try flying in FPV without recording in the same time on the microSD card ? I had similar problems with my Estes proto X FPV (with despite his name is actually made by Hubsan for USA market as a variation of the Hubsan h107d), but the FPV feed was OK when NOT recording using microSD card...

Yes, I have heard similar things about other models. Unfortunately, in this case turning off the video recording made no difference. :(

Yes I did have issues with latency, see video around 06:15. I don't own the Hubsan goggles, so I don't know if the experience is any different when flown with those (though I doubt it).

Also, RC View. Drone Worship did fly off camera on another instance with the Hubsan fpv goggles which came with the storm. He said no difference between what he did in review and what it was like with the stock fpv goggles.

its not a bad drone its survived a lot of hard crashes and only broke 2 blades its ok for the money but could of been cheaper the fly time is about 4 minutes on a windy day i always turn the front led light off for better battery life and if you do the flips it kills battery life also would be better to have 2-3 batterys so you can keep flying

i dont think this has acro mode, what i wanted to know when I first saw it before it was out..maybe in future with the USB theyll have some "eachine beta flight" clone where you can edit stuff? hopefully..IDK why this wouldnt have acro/full rates mode as if its a racer, you dont fly in auto-balance mode in racing.

Well aside from looking freaky awesome. I don’t know if I can recommend it especially if you are person who needs that extra kick in punch outs. My VERDICT? She’s severely underpowered but will make a great Shelf queen. Good for only beginners.

It's a shitty quad. I believe they paid every reviewer. The lag due to the DVR being connected in series makes for a really bad flying experience. No acro mode means no flying skill progression. You can't change anything about it (on betaflight for example). Avoid at all costs
