Great review. I’m debating about this one because my skin is combo but my t-zone gets oily. I’ve been on the hunt for a good foundation stick for quick looks/convenience. This may be a good fall/winter foundation perhaps.

Yes! You would probably love it! You could add a mattifying primer to your t-zone, and it would probably wear beautifully on you! I think it would definitely make a great everyday, get up and go foundation. I’m going to try it again with my normal face routine and see if I like it more paired with all of my mattifying products.

I have worn this foundation for two days with the Fenty mattifying primer, benefit pore, and powdered the primer. It lasted on my skin for 10 hours. Absolutely beautiful.

I still may be able to make it work.. but I’ll have to try out a few different techniques to see if I can try to control the oil a little better.

Hey, I use to really like foundation sticks i MIGHT give this a try they are quick to use for a simple face. I'm sure there are other stick foundations out there but i haven't been interested in sticks in a long time. Thanks for the review

Hello Fayy! I am just like you the quality of the foundation how long I want it to look through out the day and also my skin is very very oily slik oil skin in my T-zone and around the cheeks to for me it will be no I will look to OILY but Mac have a foundation stick I have not try it yet, but have u try it?

Hi how did you get on with this foundation? Did you find a primer to help control the oils?

I absolutely love it! It's perfect for those days where I want coverage but don't feel like dealing with a liquid product. I am currently loving the Milk Pore Eclipse Primer and Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Balm for controlling oils! I hope that helps ♥️

I have dry skin and hated it! Even after prepping my skin and using the water jelly primer, it wasnt as smooth to blend and it dried down to a powdery finish , clinged to my dry patches and wore off in a few areas in like 4-5 hours!

I was waiting on this review lol. I picked out the same shade as you. I think I’m going to buy it because I have combo oily skin. So I only get oily in my t zone. Mmmn I’m still debating.

Thank you so much for watching! If you have combo skin, you’ll probably really like it. Just make sure to use a mattifying primer on your oily areas and set them really well. Overall, the initial finish is gorgeous, but after wearing it throughout the day my oily skin was like nah son lol

Why so many primers?

Each primer serves a different purpose. One is for oil control, one is to smooth my pores, and one is to extend the wear of my makeup by gripping the products applied and holding them in place. If you don’t have the same skin issues, then you may not need to apply as many but this is what I have found works best for my skin type.
