I met Lewis back in the early 80s. I worked at the Hilton hotel in South Padre Island where he was a guest, staying at a penthouse suite in Frankie Plaza next door. I worked in food service at the time and catered room service to him. I remember at the time he was on the phone quite angry speaking with someone from the record company. He gave me no tip but did sift an autographed knapkin for me which I’ve long lost.😪

This was my favorite band growing up, had every album/tape. I used to sing their songs all the time, and never got sick of them. One of the best bands ever, IMO, and they never broke apart. I think they are HIGHLY under-rated. To put out a trio of albums like "Picture This, Sports, and Fore" is amazing!!

In addition, Igor (the hunchback) is played by keyboardist Sean Hopper (makes sense, since he is playing the piano at the beginning of the song), but ironically, the two headed monster is played by bassist Mario Cipollina and drummer Bill Gibson (you would think it would be played by guitarist Chris Hayes and saxophonist/guitarist Johnny Colla, since the two headed monster played the guitar at one point). I wonder if Hayes and Colla played the grave diggers.
