One way to sum it up: Huey's mind is like an extravagant, carefully crafted glass sculpture. He does a good job of keeping it completely intact, but he can't do it all. Things happen that are out of his control, and it threatens to break the glass. Sometimes the glass only chips away, and he can make some quick repairs. Other times though, the glass shatters completely. It leaves him in a horrible state of anger, vulnerability, anxiety, and depression. At this point, he essentially has to start over from scratch to repair himself. On the surface, the sculpture seems amazing. And yeah, it is. However, it's not stable, manageable, or healthy. I'm not saying that I know everything about Huey, but at least I know that I relate to him way too much :/

@@TheElemetalCombatant95 In this version we have confirmation that Donald goes to see a therapist that helps him understand his triggers and channel his temper in a more positive direction. We also see that Donald's temper might be a genetic thing because Della can have a similar one at times, and Huey is starting to develop that temper too. Heuys way of coping is to lock it away and try as hard as he can to keep in order. He still has slip ups when his triggers are pulled, see "The Duke of making a mess". While Huey is normally a very loving older brother, both Dewey and Louie kinda fear the Duke, and Della is concerned over him. In season 3 Lena encourages Huey to stop trying to suppress his temper and work more on channeling it. Since Therapy helps Donald with that maybe a child's Therapist could also help Huey.

This isn't true at all. Louie makes mistakes in episodes because he's a kid, which is why everyone else makes mistakes. He doesn't make the same mistake twice. But the thing he is good at is the thing that causes him to make more mistakes throughout the series. But we also learn throughout the series that he doesn't give that thing up because it's all he's good at, so of he gives that up, he doesn't really have anything. Sometimes when Dewey makes mistakes, it's him doing something that is really HIM doing it, not just unknowingly doing something without thinking of consequences. Kinda like in the pirate episode. He betrayed his family for a hot second. All he needed was a grounding and that's it. Plus that was kinda unnecessary, because they all have made mistakes, and they kinda even out no matter how many more one character makes than the other ones.
