Its important to mention that name of HUF must be name of Karta followed by HUF example if name of Karta is PV NARASIMHA RAO then HUF name should be PV NARASIMHA RAO [HUF] if you give any other name then you cant open bank account for that HUF

Thanks for the nice video. I have few queries 1) If the marriage date is 23-04-2000, the First Child's birth is 21-10-02 and the Second child's birth date is 20-11-2014. What should be the HUF incorporation date 23-04-2000 o r 20-11-2014? 2) What should be Stamp paper amount in rajasthan 3) Not able to join telegram so not able to download the affidavit format.

Only coparcener can become Karta of HUF, Mother is a member of HUF and not coparcener. Therefore, Mother will not be the karta of HUF

@@mafiastrange3644It is not required to have a child since HUF is a natural creation once a person gets married. HUF requires at least two members since a single person cannot form a family. Wife is a member but not a coparcener and a man will be the karta of family.
