Sir for varianace it's 9*0.11(2-1.98) ^2 as ni is 2 and L = 1.98

yes it is, but you can swap the signs since anyways its going to be squared! So no change in final answer.

the probabilities should be taken as 1/9 instead of 0.11 , since total probability=9*0.11=0.99 is wrong, on taking each probability as 1/9 , 9*1/9=1
