The brake assembly on my boy's new bike had me stumped, and the provided instruction manual required an engineering degree to understand. This video simplified everything and made it possible for me to assemble and adjust the brakes. Now my boy will have a safe bike to ride on Christmas morning. Thanks heaps.

This is very useful information, which would be *extremely* helpful if it was in the manual which you get with Huffy bikes. I spent a load of time trying to find where I'd missed this bit only to come here and find the answer. So, thanks for the video, please update your manuals!

So the handle bars keep falling out. I looked into the main part where you'd insert them and there's nothing in there. The handle bars slide in and out without any resistance regardless of much I tighten the bottom piece. Unsure how to secure the handlebars so this doesn't happen.

Hey man, I’m trying to assemble a bike similar to this but the bike on front tire doesn’t fit like you showed in the video. On side bolt always comes in a way. I don’t know what to do. I took out the outside bolts out from both sides.

I’m having a hard time connecting the handle bars , it came with a plastic piece covering the bottom of the handle bars. Which means it doesn’t fit inside of the bike. Should I take that piece off ? It’s very tight too as if it’s not supposed to come off I’m so confused 🤷🏽‍♀️ help someone???

I had the same problem. I just widened the diameter using a screwdriver as a lever. In fact, it is too loose now🤯

Yes This bike can be stopped using the coaster brake. This model is great for slowly learning how to use hand brakes instead of the coaster brake.
