Why mutilate the dog wheres his tail and ears you can see the dog is scared and timid traumatised at being mutilated and taken from its mother so it can be bossed around by a control freak poor dog ear cropping and tail docking should be banned world wide dos need their ears and tails

@@BrandonandBlue cutting the ears of a dog when they're young especially a mastiff means that as there head muscle grows and it grows into the ears those pointy ears become cauliflower ears ,the dog suffers intense pain as well as growing pains and in some cases the wounds can split open, the dog has no inner ear protection cannot use it's ears properly for detection nor communication with you and other dogs , now the tail a crucial tool in balance mastifs are prone to hip and knee problems so balance is very important they can't do with out their tail it's there connection to the cosmos also use it to bond and play with other dogs again a tool of communication removed,add to the trauma they had to go threw to be taken from their mother and mutilated so their new owner can have dog that looks tough and mean , it's no wonder I post a comment on every dog I see with cropped ears and docked tails just as I praise every dog whose whole and intact, what idiot would buy a dog with bits missing

@@BrandonandBlue I walk my presa canario and American goldspot bully down the street people move out the way because they're so big and muscular they don't need their ears cut off to look tough because their heads are so big and muscular their ears are about three inches long now their heads are like concrete blocks mean looking magnificentand natural the american bully is 25 this year hes as big as an XL ,people allways coment on how better they look with their ears and tails, you shouldnt have had an abusive hissy fit and taken the constructive criticism on the chin im only ever concerned for the welfare of the dog was nothing personal,think of all the harmful noises and frequency s your dog cant shut out enough said

Wrong. Perhaps you should check the AKC’s stance on ear and tail cropping and docking. In certain breeds the practice serves a purpose. A Cane Corso was bred as a guard dog and designed for a very specific purpose. Docking snd cropping actually protects them in situations where they may be protecting their owners. The ears and tails serve as easy targets for predators. Also ear cropping helps some breeds hear better, which can be a huge advantage in search and rescue missions. The dog in this video looks very healthy, happy, alert, and ready to do what it wad bread to do nearly 1,000 years ago. These dogs aren’t whimps.

@ridexdrive still wrong to mutilate and traumatise to make a dog look tough my presa canaries and American bully's look just as mean with their ears and tails I worked with dogs in the military none of those working dog or special forces dogs ever had their ears or tails cut off, ear cropping and tail docking is a cruel and barbaric thing to do to a dog already traumatised by being taken from their mother's, people need to stop using dogs to make money give breeding a rest till all shelter and rescue dogs get a home,retired ex sf dog handler
