I used a menstrual cup for the very first time, but after one cycle only I felt like why didn't I use it earlier! Though it takes a few attempts to insert the cup properly, but once you get it right, you'll see the difference for yourself. It's convenient, hassle free, absolutely no worries about stains, heavy flow, frequent pad changing, etc. Periods are now easier and more comfortable. Been using it for 6 months now! ✌️

Few tips that may help: -Try different folds for the menstrual cup. -Try sitting in squatting position. -Be calm bcos ur vajeje will resist if something thats coming near it so calm down. -after the cup goes inside, try to push it ever so slightly so it fits perfectly bcos at start it has to go deep inside, after blood is collected it will eventually weigh down, bcos it has nowhere to go.

@@sophiagrace6980 Yes. They can. Just start with a smaller size cup. You may want to measure if your cervix is low or high. That'll help decide the size of the cup. Just search it on youtube... You'll know what to do. KZbin is the best teacher out there.

Hey malzz! Love your channel♥️ both the blackhead remover strip and the suction pump are just gimmicky products. You might end up getting bruises with the suction device. Moreover they take out the sebaceous filaments only and not the blackheads. The removal of the filaments is what makes it look and feel very satisfying and smooth. Go in with a BHA solution instead to actually remove the blackheads 😊. If you’re going to a doctor that’s great but just don’t use the device and the strips they might cause more harm than good. Malz and everyone reading : pore vacuums and strips never work ! They may even be worse for your skin because all that tugging and pulling can leaves scarring and clogged pores. BHAs are the best in permanently removed blackheads and are great for your skin. Dont take chances with your face :)

You can also mix a little bit of salt with some vegetable oil and use it as a scrub for your blackheads. Really works👍

Hey Mals, great video. I knew almost all of the items still watched the video till the end just coz it's you.💖 The fridge organizers are rather useless. You can't really store veggies like that. The way you store the lemons, coriander, chillies etc. it'll go bad very soon. Like really fast. And can't store anything else as such in those organizers in fridge. But it can be used to keep any other random things outside the fridge, like, stationary and stuff. This is out of personal experience. The silicon spatula that you showed is mainly used when cooking in non-stick vessels. This is the main use that you did not mention. Oh and the black-head remover machine, a beautician at a salon ripped a layer of my skin off and it took weeks to get the scar disappear. 😕

I think the menstrual cup that you have ordered is a Large size, small size comes in pink color, extra small comes in purple and large comes in milky white color that apparently you have. And maybe that's why you couldn't put it in. Try the small one and I think it should be fine..🤗

I started using menstrual cup last year.. Since then i couldn't go back to sanitary napkins. Menstrual cups are life savior. In beginning i was also struggling with it. I have tried both the cups the sirona one and the pee safe one. I used sirona cup before, that is more flexible and inserts easily. But sometimes it leaks so i used to have a pantyliner for the safer side with the cup. But the pee safe one is also flexible but less than sirona one. So it takes a little bit more egfort to put it in. All you have to is relax your muscles, sit in a squat position, or like you are sitting on a indian pot. And there you go. And it doesn't leak at all. Its really a good one. You will get it maks don't worry and don't give up. Once you had it, there ain't going back to those irritating sanitary napkins. Try it gal. You will have it. Love you. 😍😍

I too have the same kinda manual chopper.. it's the best to make an omelette. I just add onion, tomatoes, chillies, coriander, salt and eggs together. And my omelette mixture is ready in a second....

Gurllll I can totally totally relate to u in terms of organizing stuff.❤I would suggest u to try wonderchef turbo dual food processor instead of pigeon chopper. It's great. U have multiple options in it if u spend extra 350Rs.Currently there's some offer gng on so u vl get it for 750 or around 800.Its MRP is 2000

You can start off with tampons, which is a pretty similar feeling to using a menstrual cup. Way way way better than pads and I never went back.
