By the sounds of it you guys are going to do basically what gransfors promise but fail to deliver. I like how you went for thin handles and a wedge profile, much better geometry. What grind are they going to come with stock? If you can you should make axes with convex cheeks, with urnieta becoming so hard to get (and potentially gone forever) if you guys could figure out a way of doing it you would absolutely dominate the market with that design addition. You can actually get cruiser axes from ochsenkopf but for some reason they come on a 36", feels very weird to swing that combo

"Urnieta becoming so hard to get ( and potentially gone forever)" Really? I just got my Aizkora / Urnieta racing axe from Mr. José Ramon Jauregi Wednesday the 16. of October, this week. In the course of approximately / almost 3 months I have been in constant contact with him on an almost daily basis per email and have bought 5 axes from him, e.g. two 1,750g that he hung to order (my request) with 75cm competition handles. He, Mr. José Ramon Jauregi is muy simpatico, genuine.
