I love a light golden glow on my face and like using the St Tropez spray as it never goes on streaky or false looking. I’m interested in how you get on with those drops as they’re much cheaper.

I have restless legs , but it's at the top of my legs. It doesn't happen all the time . I use lavender essential oil . I will look for magnesium and see if that helps . I love my tea too . Hot or cold .😊

Can’t beat a British cup of tea 🫖 🥰 Mine is from the knees down, flights are the worst so I’m going to try using the spray on my next flight xx

Love the haul,I love buying things we eat as child to show mine, I used to be crap cooking rice tull I bought a ricer from lylds or could if beeb aldis you just use the cup taht comes with say 3 cups to 3 cups of water close lid on and when ready lights green it does take 30 minutes but it's make the perfect rice almost like takeaway it's best thing I've height for kitchen and it keeps warm in it too ,I have noticed with toothpaste the box is same size but the tube has shrunkxx

I bought the same 2 glow products smell locely but even though i doubled them up the smell simply didnt last so although the real thing is initially a bit pricey i use less of it the cream is richer and goes further . I have weighed up the pros and cons and decided i will be sticking to the real thing going forward. I am glad that dupes are being released and allow everyone the chance to try a little bit of luxury whilst not breaking the bank . Great haul i am hoping to get a trip fitted in tomorrow or should i say later today px

I applied the cream last night and spray over the top and I was really surprised that a few hours later I could still smell it. I have been using the spray everyday and that doesn’t last but my friend has the real thing and says that doesn’t last. At the end of the day it is a body spray and I don’t think they are meant to last all day. I am impressed with the dupe body wash though and it smells amazing xx

Just found your videos, but wanted to share that when it comes to magnesium, they are not equal. The one most recommended for women is magnesium glycanate. But also good for us are magnesium citrate and magnesium malate. The cheaper supplements only usually include magnesium oxide, which is beneficial for maintaining normal liver function, nerves and muscles. Hope this helps 😊

​@@lisas-j great, I managed to find two jars of the pale pink glow body butter, but would love to find the yellow body mist. BTW the smell is very subtle and lasts quite some time, but I am not a fan of highly perfumed products. Also heads up for father's day or men's birthday gifts, home bargains have Bert & Bert ( the barbers) 4 step skincare program that includes 3 in 1 exfoliating face wash, multi action serum, post shave balm, and all in one hydra gel face cream. Each product is £1.49. Great to keep stash of these for last minute men's gift as well. They were in the female skincare section in my shop, black and turquoise packaging.😊

​@@lisas-jthanks for restless info. Mum has together with diabetes type 2. I didn't know you could get meds. My youngest brother swears by magnesium flakes in bath. We used to get it from Wilko. He is on his feet all day in retail and he said it really helps after a day of pounding the shop floor xxx

@@DonnaRichards-nj4cb yes there are meds, I wouldn’t sleep or have a life without them but weight gain is a side effect. I’ve gained about 3-4 stone since being on them 😞😢 xx

What do you take for your legs cos i get bad restless legs and have ms and was put on baclofen recently after suffering worse spasms as my neurologist says i need to try and if i take 1 in morning and 2 after my evening bath which has helped no end x

I take pramipexole x3 at night. If I take before a meal I rarely get symptoms, but if I forget then it can be really bad xx

There is 3 different types of Magnesium. So check your hubby is on the one to aid sleep x not 100% sure off the top off my head. But came across the fact that there is 3 types. Took a while to discover that x

Hi, thought you would like to know that micellar water is a cleanser not a toner, it contains micelles that attracts the make-up and so cleans the skin. Please take care and stay safe.

If you google it can also be used as a toner so it’s a great product for different uses xx
