There are reveals in just for the summer that you won’t be able to appreciate without having read the first two books first. Just a recommendation 😊

The locked door sounds a lot like Prodical Son (the father is a surgeon/serial killer and the son starts working for the police when one of his fathers patients starts to copy his father. He’s also the one that called the police on his father and got him arrested)

monstrous gods is another reylo fanfic, I found it it be an interesting world, but not for me. I don't really like romantasy though. I think my biggest complaint is no one ever told our main character anything and then acted like she was stupid for not knowing.
