Hi Alli, I just stumbled upon your channel after looking for content about the fabfitfun box for fall 2019. I have a question maybe you can answer it. So I know the box comes out four times a year. We just went through the summer box. When exactly does this box for fall 2019 ship / come out? I mean I know making the choices and whatnot are here now & soon, but when do you actually receive the box? maybe I should question it like this, in what month are we supposed to receive the box? Fall starts when September 21st LOL. So I'm a tad confused. If you can help me with that that would be extremely influential on whether I subscribe or not. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Oh BTW I'm now subscriber YAY!👍😘

Kylie Whitman hi hi great question. So I believe if you sign up before August 15th your box will ship in the first half of September. If you sign up after August 15th your box will ship out in the second half of September. So all in all you should have your box within the month if September ♥️ best box! I hope you enjoy if you decide to try them out !

I tried to get the summer box but there wasn't anything left in the customisation part that would fit me so they were kind enough to refund my money right away. It all happened within 7 minutes. (The whole process. Signing up, getting into the website and choices themselves, and then talking to customer service right away for the refund, (which they say they don't normally do that) however they did for me and I was very happy). I guess I'm going to try the full box which is apparently out right now so... Thank you so much!🙏😉

the Kate Sommerville cleanser and the Yenisi body butter are both not in the sale....for the summer edit, i saw some you tubers got oribe that wasn't in the sale BUT is in the add-ons now....i think FFF may be swapping their inventory at the last minute when they don't have enough product. So hopefully the Kate S and Yenisi will be in Fall edit sale ;-)
