As someone who is attending their first Breyerfest next year, thank you for explaining the layout of the Clarion! I'm sure it's going to be so overwhelming that I never would have found the "extra" block of rooms on my own. :)

Been there but could never get a room. The clarion needs to rotate those who reserve rooms every single year so new people can get to stay there and share Breyerfest. Maybe a lottery of some sort. So info for those that have to reserve rooms a year ahead what dates for newbes to pick since breyer doesnt post the dates untill a few months before the fest and if you wait for the posting the clarion is already sold out

Last year I went to the little block of rooms on the outside, which I normally skip, and found a major grail - a Presentation Witez!! Im never skipping those rooms again. It’s so worth it to go out that glass door 1/2 way up the stairs & shop those rooms. Look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.

Another helpful/important tip: backpacks aren’t usually a good idea in the rooms or artisans gallery/swap meet! Have seen and heard too many horror stories about people knocking or almost knocking models with their backpacks (including my mom). Fanny packs are a good idea or across the should bags where you can keep track of them and hold onto them easier!

Last year was my first breyerfest. Didn't get lost at the clarion. So much fun.

I forgot to mention that I have one of each of the other decorator shires along with a fabulous fake Copenhagen shire. I still want the original finish Copenhagen shire. I won't give up trying to find this model. Thanks! Joel C. Of Drafty Acres.

Thanks so much. My daughter and niece are obsessed with Breyer. We are trying to research to see if we should bring them over to the clarion. They are pretty young. This helps. ❤

It's busy busy busy and alot of walking but all things breyer. If they are over 5 sure why not, and if it gets too much, take a break. Me being a security guard all my life I just play mouse. For your first year. If you are just looking and getting the experience of it just take the right side of the building and just stick and stay along the wall on each floor. Don't criss-cross you will get confused and lost

I can't wait for breyerfest, it's my first year and I'm an online attendee, I really hope I can go at least once in my life as it is a childhood and adult dream of mine (but I live in France so...) I had a question that maybe you could help me with regarding the SR tickets for online participants! How and when do we know what special runs got picked for us? I know in person participants get their sr tickets in the mail but it's not very clear what happens for online attendees on the website.. I was hoping that I would know which special run I got selected for in advance just like everyone else but I have a feeling this will be revealed the day of breyerfest for online attendees, maybe you know more that I do though! It's great to see you back doing more videos! Your collection is a huge inspiration for me!

I'm so glad you get to attend! I'm not as knowledgeable about online tickets, but during the two virtual only BreyerFests, we didn't find out what we got until Friday morning. My guess is that they'll do the same this year. Hopefully they've changed it so you'll know what you've got before July, but I haven't heard anything that would make me think they had. I hope you have a great time with the online programs! Also, thank you so much from watching all the way from France! I love how global this community is!

You're the first one in my experience to make such a detailed video about the clarion and if I ever attend in person I'll binge-watch it to hopefully understand the layout of the maze haha ! I love your videos. My current grail model is the Copenhagen shire mare. I've been looking for this model since they were offered back in 2019. I've never wanted a model horse so bad before like this mare!!!!! She's my all time favorite breyer mold. I have 39 shire mares in my collection.. Over half of them are duplicates but so what. I love them all and I wouldn't mind having 50 more shires. I even love the Roy mold. My most favorite molds are drafters but I really love most of the breyer molds. Hi, I did find one of my grails awhile back and she's the Copenhagen shire mare. I have all 4 of the Bernadette decorator shires now and they're beautiful. Several years ago I had Honey Gibbons paint me a Copenhagen shire. My shire conga is now at 43 models. I have many congas in my ever expanding collection but I doubt that my shire conga will ever be beat. My whole collection now is 2300+ models. I love them all but I'm a real sucker for draft horses. I'll never love any models more than drafters. My ranch name is Drafty Acres. My mom is came up with the name back in 1994 and it's a keeper forever. I took care of my mom in the end and she passed away on 8-18-21. May she RIP. I'll always love her and we'll all be together again someday. Joel C. :)
