I cannot believe they haven’t gone for the Selene rework. That would make the card playable, and the people who pulled her during the rocket and groot week would be very happy about this change

Because it would be the most broken bounce card ever. Its base line will be insane already, but imagine a 12 power selene after only 2 bounces that also reduced a buncha power

That wouldn’t make it playable. That would literally make it a buffed Hydra Bob and a Buffed Silver Sable COMBINED. Like, fucking hell no.

Selene buff is interesting, but I must be the only person running her , I have had a Selene deck in my rotation since I got her .

actually, i got to top 250 on the leaderboard with selene a few seasons back (mid-range but with a selene-hood-goblin-viper core)

I want the Selene Buff! Maybe she should be a 1/0 instead of a 1/1 that steals 2 from each but either way it seems great.

The Selene change would be way too strong. There is only upside for you, her taking 2 from your lowest doesnt really matter, because it is the same total power if you end up playing the hit card, but it has upside if you don't play it, because you got to apply 2 of its power to the board with selene, or if you hit a goblin it is even better, and it is only negative for your opponent. Yeah, my guess is this change is neve4 happening lol

What if selene stole energy from both players 🤔 1/1, 1/0, 1/-1 On reveal: Steal 1 energy from both sides. Energy drain seems like a future architype i guess lol. Im thinking too far ahead😱...

that doom 2099 buff would actually b hella strong, he cant be destroyed by lady deathstrike, hes gonna be harder to hit from red guardian, n he would put out 6 power the turn hes played instead of 5

1. This would be a net NERF to 2099 since the average doombots he generates is 3 in a game without any special circumstances and giv8ng him 2 power in 1 lane to take away 3 power from random lanes outside of player control would feel pretty bad. 2. This change would make Selene awesome and would instantly make me furious that I've skipped on her every time I've had an opportunity to get her. Lol 3. This change would be a nothing-burger. Hela would still be Hela and would still be a frustrating 50/50 deck that feels bad to play against because neither player has agency over what happens in the end. 2 points of power won't change that.

that selene change is too strong. they JUST took 1 power from Bob. why would they let selene get 5 power AND the negative on the player's side very likely still being a positive benefit. so the player gets to double dip. maybe a 1/1 or 1/2 that steals 1 power from each player's lowest power card. yes i know its not a real change. but the fact that ut was even entertained is baffling enough

Doom 2099's effect itself should be ongoing. At least give it a chance to be stopped with rogue and enchantress.
