I think the bucket holds not 32 kilograms but 32 tons. The bucket holds appr. 18 cubic meter of material, e.g. stone, that has a density from 700 kg/m³ to 3.300 kg/m³, which means 18 m³ x 700 kg/m³ = 12.6 tons to 18 m³ x 3.300 kg/m³ = 59.4 tons. That's why they are using large Dump-Trucks like the 777F to transport the stones, because the 777F is able to transport round about 100 tons.

It depends on the weight of the material and the size of the bucket. 19 yd bucket with hard rock or iron ore will max out around 100,000 lbs

The unit is a 994, not a 994K that is why there is a steering wheel. It appears that this is a replacement operator, just not that good. I would mention "cycle times" but he has to wait on trucks, so that is less of an issue. They need two more in the fleet for efficiency in the loading times.
