Hey Joey frosmoth's best set in pu is always specially defensive pivot these days. This set was discovered when meloetta dropped and the tier was scrambling for switchins. It helped Psyshock was also blocked by ice scales. Absolutely amazing Mon that could do strong damage and defog and chip meloetta hard with uturn or ice beam. And Defog was big as none of the setters besides coal were really great switchins into moth. Qd is barely seen these days as oricorio is generally better absuser and pivot moth is simply too important as even with Melo and gastro gone (it's 2 best mons it had good mu into) it still retains important mu into stuff like hoopa and toxtricity aswell.

Araquanid's usage forces Great Tusk to run Supercell Slam or Stone Edge and it needs to teralize to its respective move type to get the OHKO when not running Choice Band, otherwise Araquanid will live it and Great Tusk will get OHKOed if it runs Surf. Head Smash can outright OHKO it since its much more stronger than Stone Edge.

One could hope Tort ends up in PUBL with niches in NU and RU but idk. No Sticky Web for it to abuse, kinda has 4 moveslot syndrome(Rock coverage or Tera Blast), might be a Tera hog(Fire or maybe Ice for Tera Blast, Ghost to block most priority moves, some type to improve its defensive type), could be revenge KOed by priority moves and Scarfers, has some competition(Rhydon, Golurk, Hisuian Decidueye).
