These are awesome changes! It's crazy how many harmful things are in so much of the products we use and eat. I started reading It starts with egg and watching a lot of health documentaries before our transfer and it had me wanting to change everything. I really feel y'all will benefit from the changes.

My acupuncturist says the same things. No dairy, sugar, caffeine, chocolate, and soy. I have learned to love almond milk and coconut milk based yogurts and ice cream. She also suggested agave over honey. You both are so cute!

Hi, thank you for sharing your journey, I was wondering after your ivf cycle, what vitamins and supplements did you take to prepare for the frozen embryo transfer portion of it? Did you stop any of the above or take others? Thanks!

I took the same supplements until my transfer! After transfer I only took fish oil, prenatal, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C! I took these throughout my entire pregnancy!

@@FruitfulMyFertilityJourney Lol okay no problem. I been doing so much that maybe the herbs won't do much for me. I drink so many teas already. I'm hoping to start this month with the meds at the moment I'm priming with LDN and Omnitrope and the rest of the vitamins so hopefully I will be okay with all I have done so far. Thanks for loading all these youtubes they are super helpful to us women barely starting this Journey! Many hugs.
