@@KailynCash Everyone has different things that tend to help with psoriasis or eczema, for me lowering my stress is something that dramatically helps clear my psoriasis. When I’m not stressed or over working it tremendously clears up, and when I’m stressed it gets out of control again. Also, I have mini humidifiers in our house one next to my bed which is a life saver for my skin! Those are what work best for me, hope this helps! 🤍
