In a small bowl, I mix teaspoon of turmeric, teaspoon of ginger powder, and a tablespoon of honey. Let me tell you, it works and its all natural.

Prayers that you are feeling better. Something that has helped me immensely during cold season is saline nasal spray. When used at the first sign of a cold it seems to nip it in the bud. It is natural and can be used as often as needed. It not only helps with congestion, but actually kills germs in the sinus cavities and throat. Blessings ~ Cathy
