Sachez is making as much good saves as any other keeper in the league right now so this narrative must stop. Maresca improves players. You can clearly see that Sanchez no longer tries to play from the back when he doesn't feel comfortable and this has reduced his errors over the last couple of games. All you here about now is saves. Tosin is beginning to settle into the team but a different profile of defender could help especially one also very good at scoring from corners. Also Jackson is doing good but a different profile of striker with a more clinical edge could also help. Chelsea are doing better than Arsenal. Chelsea have also dropped points because of their own issues so we cannot feel like Chelsea were playing at a optimal level while Arsenal were not.

On the evidence I've seen so far, I do not know what Chelsea are capable of especially if they strengthen in January. If they had a real killer up front, they could have beaten Everton. Club project is usually different from manager project especially if you've made the mistake of having different types of managers with different elements in their systems. Top managers can go into a ready team and immediately go for the title but even this will not always work out. Maresca is doing a great job. They had reasons Man city, Arsenal or Liverpool could win it and they had reasons Chelsea could not win it. But now here we are. Chelsea have the potential to surprise everyone.
