Just to let you know at Toronto we use the uniqlo heatech as a layer inside top or silk shirt..Incase you are in similar weather and spending more time outside they are really great and warm as a base later..and best part they are very light weight..in cold weather the layering is the key so that if u r feeling too hot you can take out some..also one more idea..heatech leggings with knee high boots looks lovely with a short dress and will keep you warm for outdoor parties..hope this help..
