Here is my Instant Pot moment. I have a Filipino student who, daily, exclaims that rice would make lunch better. Better yet, he asks if there is rice for lunch (when he knows there is not). This has happened for the last 11 weeks. Every.Single.Day. The last week of school, I treated him to rice cooked in the IP that he ate daily. When he said "this tastes just like my mom's" it made my day!! Woot!

It's so frustrating. I laughed when you daughter said she need to go to the bathroom. I know what that is like. The struggle is real!!!! I always regret taking the kids to the store... I always am overly optimistic about it and it always back fires on me. The hubby never goes grocery shopping. Now that summer is rolling around I will have to have the kids with me or ho on the busy weekends in the afternoon... Which is always busy and crazy.

My single mom side hustle is working for Instacart which provides the same-day delivery service for Costco and I love it! I get to help other busy people (usually moms)...get my own Costco fix (also see what's new on an almost daily basis) and make a little $ to help out with kid costs. :-)

Walmart grocery pick up ( been using for months) has the same prices as in the store. If they substitute an item they frequently give you a more expensive item, like organic or a larger size for the same price. It saves you money also because you're not wandering around adding impulse things to your cart, lol.

I use Costco delivery service. I love it, but I don't know if your membership is applied for the Executive rewards. That is only down side. Other than that I love using it for heavy items, it's hard going to Costco with a baby and having to carry heavy things.
