Start with 8-15-16-17-8-8 and take "AI" for +1 DEX and +1 INT to reach 8-16-16-18-8-8. You can pick another "AI" for +2 INT to reach 20 INT later or better pick "Dual Wielder" to wield two OP Staffs (Markoheshkir and The Spellsparkler).
