@@sagig72 Yes, there are plenty of individual stocks as well as ETFs and CEFs in the midstream space that issue 1099s instead of K1s.

MPLX is my largest holding although OKE sometimes passes it up when it’s price goes up.. I agree that it’s a great sector, but it’s harder to find bargains right now.

I am moderately bullish on ENB and am not worried about potential tariffs from the US on Canada. I think this is juts a negotiating tactic that will be at most short-lived.

You’re overlooking renewable energy companies, whose project pipelines waiting to start are at historical highs. Moreover, the narrative around these companies is very promising, as they can leverage excess production for BTC mining, storing that value for future use. Not to mention the redundancy solution for the electricity grid, which allows for managing surplus production peaks. Additionally, renewable energy companies are currently at historically low levels, such as NEP.

Regarding Enbridge , I really hate the idea of giving my tax $ to Canada, so be sure when you mention a Canadian company you add the caveat that my fellow HYI subscribers will be supporting the Canadian government.

LMAO, this is a silly comment. If you’re really worried about international capital and want to ensure your dollars only stay in USA, you can’t invest in anything because they’re ALL internationally active. If you’re investing in Exxon, you’re also investing in Kazakhstan, etc… you get the point.

I think Enb had a qualified dividend agreement with the us.

@@xJoeKing That's true if you hold the ENB shares in a retirement account (IRA, SEP, 401K etc). I have owned ENB in my retirement account and there has never been any withholding or any other Canadian tax levied on the dividends ENB pays.

Hi Sam- been holding ENB and EPD for a while now.. approx 25k in each. I'm also holding ARCC, LADR, BIP, AMGN and a decent holding in ABBV. Lastly, I'm currently building out my JEPQ position to a goal of $100k+! I'm using these as my "DCA" stream for my weekly growth stock buys. Any suggestions? Thanks for sharing your insights! Rob
