When you don’t see the size of the portion that you’re looking for on the package go to the nutritional facts it will tell you how big the serving size is, and how many servings are in the container. That way you will know. I found that out by a little trial and error when I was trying to figure out whether there was, something that I could eat. I always have to check for wheat, barley, rye alcohol those kind of things because I’m allergic to them. The alcohol because of the Castlemans’s makes my bones hurt really bad so I have to be super careful and that’s how I figured out how many servings are in a container.
