I've bought headphones from DT before. They work well for me and seem to last. I like the ones with the rubber bits that go in your ears opposed to the ones that are all plastic.

You have so many items much nicer there in Canada than we do here in my DT's in the USA....sad that they don't stock the same stuff in all stores, n I can wait months n never see the cool things you have up there!!! I can't be 100% sure but Dollarama has the eyelash trim in a little kit, with knitting needles, but it's a 3 pack and I think there may have been a white. I am totally the same.....I do NOT want to see Christmas items this early in the year lol, but Halloween items I could see year round LMAO!!!

@@VanessaVendetti exhausting!! I was out most of the time, still have some to pack up to take to thrift store Monday but I'm too hot and too tired!! It was terribly hot and humid today!! We stayed busy and strady from 8 till about 12:30 and it died!! We'll have to do again and again but I can't do it all as I pretty much did this time. So my granddaughter and children were here. We had 4 generations here, and all female!! The children were very good. After I get some energy and things cleaned up and a shower. I think I'll sleep all day tomorrow. I can barely stay awake. But we stayed up working till 3:30 and back up at 7!! I'm way too old for those hours. I did at one time but those days are long gone. Enjoy the rest of the weekend! Xoxo

I wonder if they will change their name to the $1.25 tree when they go up on price everyplace. Things still a buck here in South Carolina. I do not know if I would shop as much as I do now if they go up in price on their items.

Pat when our DT opened locally, approx. 2 years ago, the prices started at $1.25 right from the beginning, nothing was ever a dollar. Our Dollarama chain here in Canada opened some years ago with $1 items, then within approx. a year, their items went up to $1.25, so now Dollarama's prices range anywhere from $1.25 to $4.00. I understand that the DTs in larger Canadian cities, are following suit and rolling out a higher priced area in stores, where items will be up to $5. We have no true dollar stores in my area of central Canada at least!

For everyone wondering why everything is $1.25 ... and thinking it’s expensive... the prices are in Canadian dollars. $1.25 Canadian dollars is actually only $0.96 USA dollars.

Hey You I think what most individuals are wondering, is why we here in Canada are not paying $1 for items when we shop at DT. If it is a true 'dollar's store, then all we should be paying is a Toonie, just like our American neighbors only pay $1 in there dollar stores. It is even more difficult for them to understand how a place like Dollarama, has goods that can cost as much as $4, and I here DT is going to follow suit up here!

Hi Karen, great question. Pocket letters are just a form of penpal mail in the form of little paper crafts ❤️ You typically exchange a Pocket Letter with another PL maker ✨ I hope this helps!

The DT in my area opened with everything being $1.25, items were never one dollar. I have learned that in larger cities here in Canada, DT is rolling out a program where they have a higher price area of the store. Items in that area will be up to $5.

Nancy when the Dollar Tree opened in our city a couple years ago, it opened with everything being $1.25, items never were $1. We have a chain called Dollarama in Canada as well, we had those in our community prior to DT opening, and when they first opened, items were $1. Then they slowly started introducing items for $1.25 and more. Now, the lowest priced items at Dollarama are $1.25, and go up to $4.00, so you have to look at price tags just like anywhere else!

A pocket letter is a craft thing.. its like a trading card sleeve and you decorate all the little pockets, and usually mail it to someone. Thats basically all i know about it.

i use the laundry detergent and the fabric softener too. at first i just used it for towels and my dogs blankies...now i use it for all my laundry. it seems fine. no complaints. also, Christmas wrap next to pool noodles is just wrong. lol.
