The "wishing well" in the monster land is probably an homage to the Court of Miracles from the Universal backlot, where many famous monster movies of the 30s and 40s were filmed.

I'm asking this out of pure curiosity. What makes you think that the wait times will be less for the parks that are already open? Wouldn't they be worse since there will be more visitors coming from different places to visit universal now that there's another park?

@@judekempany4983 You’re right, there will be more visitors in the parks but speaking from experience the majority of visitors will be at Epic Universe. Take Hagrid’s Motorbike Adventure vs Flight of the Hippogriff. They opened 9 yrs apart and till this day the wait time difference is roughly 60-90 minutes with Hippogriff having been opened first and carrying a shorter wait time. One last thing to consider is the roughly estimated 15 minutes ride it’d take to get to and from Epic Universe.

@beavismcdeavis142 So four months ago ... And since March, Comcast has offered unprecedented discounts on park tickets ... Florida residents $200 plus tax, unlimited admissions to both parks, no blackouts, thru December 18th .. What else you got?

The metal framewwork in the Harry Potter area is for a tent that you walk through to see the show.

That’s what I am saying!!! The only way Disney can compete is a new park and the theme that would draw the biggest crowds would have to be Villians.

I think the Dark Universe area will be counted as one of the best themed areas in any Orlando park.

In the Wizarding World Land, that construction is not for shade. It will be a faux tent. It will seem like a small circus tent from the outside but when entered it will feel as though the tent is huge on the inside as it will extend into one of the buildings(most likely). So cool!

I agree I think they should have used the classic monsters & their look, but I wonder if maybe due to legal issues they couldn’t, that is what I am thinking.

I think they should build a theater for every section, or mostly every section it’s cool, a break from the hot air and it’s relaxing, Bourne ultimatum at universal is really fantastic, it would be cool to get one for the dark universe and Harry Potter section

God.. I am very excited for this. I wish I had the money so I can go to Universal. It's been my dream since I was a kid to go to Island of Adventure, Universal Studios and now we are getting Epic Universe. I'm also excited to see how the Dark Universe land comes out. I'm a huge fan of the classic monsters and even some of the more modern monsters. And this is something that can be 100% scary outside of Halloween Horror Nights. Very excited to see how this all comes out.

IMO I think How to Trains Your Dragon lagoon with have some kind of live action show during the day not a photo opp…. I hope they also do some special nighttime lighting effects in Dark Universe…
