To the things you said bout life stages - i absolutely HATE that newborns are like a teddy bear or something. I would love if they made it similar to the SIMS 3, when we were able to take a newborn out of bed and basically like watch tv. And imagine that baby is able to sleep in your arms like would that be awesome or is it just me

I agree. According to the Sims, children go to elementary school and teenagers go to high school. A middle school aged sim would be nice!

I actually disagree with focusing on the life stages we actually have. I want pre-teens, even if they're EXACTLY the same as kids, just labeled different. I want them almost entirely so that I can differentiate ages better in families that have multiple kids, so that they don't all end up basically being twins when creating the family in CAS. In my opinion there could literally be no difference in pre-teens and children and I would be 100% happy with the addition. Obviously it would I'd want them to be slightly taller, have different homework in school, etc. but honestly if that's too much work and they want to focus on other things I would still be glad just to have the separate classification for them.

i agree. i tried to make my irl family but couldn’t rlly make it accurate bc there’s a 9 year old and 13 year old, and even tho a 13 year old is technically a teen he’s not rlly a “teen” yet (at least he doesn’t look at all like the sims teen) but i didn’t wanna make him a kid bc then he’d be like the same age as the 9 year old sims-wise

I personally prefer to see the floor plans come together! I enjoy longer videos of the whole process. Love to see the entire build start to finish along with the thought process in between. Like another commenter mentioned, I'm not a fan of the screenshot portion of speed builds. That's what I watch the speed building for lol. But still, I never miss a video! You're one of my faves 💓

INCREDIBLE BUILD!!! I just moved a family in! The mom is a super-serious/traditional business woman. She is in the stock investor branch of the business career and I imagine she is always at work or thinking about work. She never has time for family. She is more strict than the dad and is probably the one who wants the daughter to not be an astronaut. The dad is a chef who loves his kids but they aren’t the focus of his life either. He wishes he was always cooking but he steps into more of a parental role to make up for the mom. The kid’s outfits are adorable and you can definitely tell they have some money haha. I’ll upload the household onto the gallery under the name, “Meet the Evans’”. If you’d like, i can compile a cc list of the mm hairs and clothes i used!

Your comment about the stages of life in the game is so true! I've always thought toddlers were like 2-3, kids 9-10, and teenagers around 17, but there's definitely gaps there, as well as the fact that babies just sit in their cradles. Where's the frustration of trying to catch a crawling baby and make sure they aren't eating toys or crawling up stairs 😂

I agree with you! The expansion packs are very expensive now in my country. I have all of them, except the new. And I just have 1 furniture pack and the restaurants’ one. All my kitchens look the SAME, because there’s no things to put. Even in the City Living, that could be a cooktop or something like that, they didn’t creat anything. It’s a shame

Miguel Leite ea is having sales on all packs right now until January 11! Bundle pack which includes expansion pack, and two stuff packs. For $40USD which is such a good deal considering just one expansion pack is $40

Xoaileenx3 Yes, I know! I just bought it. But it’s very difficult to have every pack. Instead of adding everything in one, they fragmented it. To download buildings, for exemplo, It’s terrible, because if you don’t have a lot of expansions, you will, in most of the cases, download it with expressive differences. And even if you buy a stuff pack, there are others 20. So It will be always something missing.

Ok but I think a lot of people can agree with me on this: they need to lower the prices on the expansion packs!!!! $40!!! that is ridiculously high! I always have to wait for them to go on sale which is like twice a month!!! I know a lot of the packs have great cas and build mode items but they need to be lowered it’s just very annoying especially for the people the have the sims 4 and might not be able to afford the expansion packs.

I love your builds!!!! They are so realistic and I love playing in them. I have a suggestion, maybe you can do a small modern home that is extremely simplistic. Like they only have the basics. I think it would be cool for a family that has maybe one child and they always have time to clean and stuff of the sort.

We do mind if you cut too much so it's better to have a long video but a enjoyable one than a short one that's not that enjoyable. (i personally don't watch screen shoots) This is such a beautiful apartment so is kinda disappointing that you think that we mind for 10 minutes more of it (i don't want to offend you) In this video the number of cuts is decent so it's not that bad (my personal opinion)

I love this apartment but it gave me soooooo many problems with placing! I had to break it up into three sections and once I (finally) pieced it back together, anytime I'd try to paint an entire room it would end up on random walls. Still the perfect home for a large celeb family! Looooove your builds!

@@SimLicy Thank you! Have you considered doing real time builds? I may be in the minority but I actually prefer them to speed builds. It's easier to learn learn from other people's builds when they are slowed down and you can talk not just about what you're doing but why you're doing it. I don't mind long videos (in fact I prefer them and often slow down the speed builds). I also love build videos split into multiple parts. I can put them on in the background and clean, cook, or even play myself. Just my two cents for some feedback. 😄 I haven't found many creators that do them, might be a niche you could work yourself into that could attract a different viewer? Anyway, thanks again. Keep up the amazing work!

I feel like one of the parents in this house might be a stay-at-home dad (he's probably so rich he can do that) and the other might be the "moneymaker" of the household, so probably a very famous, rich Sim. I think it would be really cool if the parents were a gay/lesbian couple, having children that are all either adopted/born from alien abductions/the result of previous marriages with such different personalities would be incredibly fun! Long story incoming! I have a couple that will eventually need an apartment with at least four bedrooms in Uptown, next to their 5-star family restaurant. Check. They need a big kitchen/dining room area, because one of them is a world-famous chef (granddaughter of a Sim that accidentally ended up looking a lot like Gordon Ramsay and is also a world-famous chef) and her husband is a mixologist who may or may not own a luxury bar in the future (I don't know how that'll work yet). They are going to have a biological daughter, then the mother will become sterile and they'll adopt two more children (plus maybe the youngest's to-be husband, because I want to play him but I'm too lazy to create a whole family). Check. I can't use 888 Spire Apartments because that one will already be taken by the time they move to Uptown. Check. To sum it all up: PERFECTION.
