Hi! I can't treat or diagnose, but have you tried keeping a food diary to track what triggers your symptoms? It could help identify any patterns that might be causing your stomach issues. It's tough dealing with unexplained health issues, but so much comes down to areas of stress, diet, mold exposure, and things that could be upsetting you in your daily life.
