Love to see young-uns "unplugging" from the video games and cellphones and getting out with dad. I'm just shy of turning fifty-nine years old and can remember my father taking me out to teach me to hunt and fish when I was little. It taught me lessons that I've used all my life, and gave me memories I'll NEVER forget. Awesome job to those young-uns too. Awesome...

Another great video. Happy to see you teaching your kids safe marksmanship. In that tall grass I expected long pants and snake boots! Keep it up. Farming/ranching is hard work, but good for learning a good work ethic.

what a unusual recreation for the kids, most kids will want some shopping, new game, toy or trip to the Disney land, I never seen a kid that want to kill a hog . How big this sow was ? It was probably heavier that your kid.

@@infectedoutdoors watching you lift that hog made my back hurt, you can buy a frame mounted pick up crane ( harbor freight has them) that would be easier on the back.

@@infectedoutdoors; Would it be possible to have the farmers put a wagon into the field?? The hogs would get use to seeing it, without getting disturbed. The hunters would have a platform to have a better aim for killing those pests??!!

@@andynieuwenhuis7833 So many acres to cover, and without bait they aren't likely to stay close to a specific area. One shot can make a bunch feeder-shy. Gotta find 'em where they are, play the wind, and stalk to get the best shot opportunities..
