The new spillway is the same level as the old spillway, so top water level shouldn't change from before

The old spillway which would see first flood water is now bricked up in the corner and was considerably lower than the dam wall spillway. So there was no “before”👍🏼 No hate, but most of what you’ve said I’ve relayed back in my videos and it’s completely the opposite of what’s been said elsewhere.

To start with the stocking programme will focus on silvers, Bream, Roach etc.. then Carp will be introduced at a later date. The silvers will really help cut through the overgrowth left on the lakebed and give them great cover to grow quickly. So yes, but later on.

That’s pretty much the future of the place mate. Banned night fishing already and instead of a day ticket they offer a session ticket. It’s £10 for 10 hours. In the summer I can fish 16 hours on some lakes for £4. I proposed a £6 day ticket and honestly I’d be able to offer it even cheaper now. They wanted their match venue, and they’ve got it. It’s a Carp Fishing venue and that’s how it needed to stay with the open invite to course anglers.
