Hayaati is suppose to be a clone of Rasasi Hawas but imo it’s hands down way better. Definitely invictus esque with some mild spicy tones would recommend a blind buy. It’s been a compliment beast and I’ve been wearing it here in Texas where it’s getting up in the 90s

I noticed that many of the middle eastern perfumes are listed as unisex and makes me wonder if men in the middle east aren't opposed to wearing anything fruity as well as women wearing anything too musky/dark. But in america/elsewhere, we tend to leave the sweet/fruity/floral to women and men to the dark/musky/etc. Also have you ever tried to buy Parfum Belcam fragrances that dupe designers? I find them not bad just as they are but can't say how close to the originals they are

it would not be surprising. most of these middle eastern dupe 'houses' only have a few reputable retailers and most have expensive shipping and/or delays. the fragrances get 'hyped up' on videos, then the prices go up and availability go down. restocks get sold out in minutes. or, with the case of maison alhambra, lawsuits or whatever happened. meanwhile, the companies making some of these are literally corner stores in some of these places and the bottles are easily had by others. or the seller just uses pictures of the actual release and does whatever they do. amazon has decided to open up their service to scammers and all kinds of shady things, so it would be simple. joe shmo could 'sell' 100 bottles of asad or khamrah or whatever (or a bazillion bottles of the alhambra TF clones), hurry up and buy gift cards with it or whatever else they do (if the funds are immediately available, i don't have any idea how that works, this is all speculation), and disappear to somewhere else in the 4th world to do it again. or they might sell broken stuff or rejects or used bottles or whatever else and then 1 week later not give a refund. regardless of whether anything i said could be plausible, to dismiss the question of whether something may be 'authentic' because it is cheap might not be the best route. cheaper things are bought more often than expensive things and often by people with less money, meaning some are looking for an even 'better deal'.

I do own some UAE frags, but I always wonder how are they so cheap when the majority of fragral ingredients aren’t located anywhere near the UAE. I just hope the quality of the chemicals won’t be an issue down the road…

It's not that they are cheap really, it's that fragrances made in the West are very expensive. Big profit margins and the largest part of the cost of those fragrances is not the ingredients, manufacturing or distribution. It's the marketing. And while I'm not from the Middle East, so someone from there might give a more informed response about this, but as far as I know fragrances there are a big part of their culture. Probably more than anywhere else in the world. They have a long history of making fragrances and only more recently have jumped into the western market by specifically making fragrances aimed towards it and cloning well-known fragrances.
@gilfhunter42069 Жыл бұрын
Most fragrance ingredients are dirt cheap and if they are not, there are dirt cheap synthetic alternatives that are. Even if some synthetic aromachemicals are more expensive (like Ambroxan), they are so concentrated, that they only make up a couple of cents in the final product. Jeremy Fragrance wasn't wrong when he said that most Fragrances are $3 max. in raw aromachemical value. However, there's other costs you have to consider. Marketing, Shipping, Profit, Staff, Distribution, Packaging etc. Clone houses cut the majority of these and let the quantity of sales make up the profit. That's why clone bottles are usually super cheap and often flawed. Because they can allow themselves a bad QC, everything we care about is the juice inside after all. If your Creed bottle falls apart on arrival, you wouldn't be nearly as forgiving as with your $20 clone
@aNsWeRkEy02 Жыл бұрын
perfumery started in the middle east, mainly in egypt if I remember, its also part of their culture so ingredients that might be expensive in the west, might be cheaper here in the middle east

Surprisingly Rave for woman it's like a mix of Lancome Oud Bouquet and MFK Gentle fluidity gold. 8 out of 10. PD: Spray it once or twice and keep the cap on while sitting on a dark place and stable temperature for 4-6 months and you will see the magic. It works with most fragrances that smells cheap and synthetic when you first buy it, even on designer fragrances.
