I have never tried Ofra…but I hear great things about the highlighters….how would you rank it? WHAT! There were Hunger Games makeup! Ack! I missed it! Look at that packaging!

Ofra has blinding highlighters but I feel like they fall off my face kinda quickly! It’s odd!! And the Hunger Games highlighters are actually REALLY good!!!
