Becoming an excellent channel to watch, look forward every Sunday morning to seeing what you guys are up to, dad is an awesome character , subtitles are a must! And I’m Irish lol. House looks amazing, you must be very excited, delighted for you or is dad moving in as well? Can we please have few extra videos over lambing time, got hundred odd myself and loads to learn. Great video, Glynn. In my opinion, a good sliding door is a good job. Probably work out cheaper than a roller door. My favourite is a sliding door that splits in the middle: half rolling to the left and half rolling to the right.

Glyn, I know it's extra work, but you might want to walk those sheep through the foot bath concrete is corrosive to live tissue. Just a thought. 🤔🙏💜

Our experience with mesh, wind, and rain was that the raindrops would be broken up hitting the mesh, then the wind would push the finer droplets even farther into the shed.

Glen in regards to your shed door, you could use the long rubber straps they use in refrigeration cold and freezer room s but because bigger opening attach weight at bottom or even a rail on top and bottom. definitely stop birds even flys , cheap and will leave plenty light in . another great video all the best, UP DA KINGDOM

I think the stone circle could be the remains of an ancient round house. We have a Galebreaker roller door on our main barn which closes onto two man height sheeted gates. I am guessing its the starlings. Good job with all the netting. Your farm is seeing great changes for the better. Please buy Dad a some bungie cords or a ratchet strap to tie down the troughs, that is ,if you have any money left after all the big spend.

Your getting a new quad , I reckon you probably need it because the boss man is even rougher on the poor things than my oul fella and that’s sayin something. Still if he didn’t have it he’d be hard pressed to carry a few bags of nuts out the hill for the sheep on his back and if your ground is half as wet as ours the oul jeep would be bogged to the proverbial before she got anywhere, feck it but the bloody sheep are bogging up here at the moment don’t mind the machines, had to pull two out of a bit of a hole this morning and it is not even unusual.

Roller door could lose you some height on the door and if it very wide, the wind can push them in. A sliding door on the inside might work, or a wind breaker sheet with ratchet straps built in are also a great option. Great video again 👍

Another good video love watching your improvements id hang the tarp half way down and have it that you can remove it if you built a timber frame for it and then on the bottom half fit a gate a roller door would be a few bob better spent elsewhere

You are in a windy area. Just be aware that people who sell roller door don't guarantee them for storms. Go with the sliding doors in my opinion.
