Glory to God!! Sauté onions, mushrooms, zucchini and squash! You can use those same ingredients to make an omelette! It’s FYE! Looks like an egg foo young patty. I sautéed sausage and cabbage. Bake or grill some fish and asparagus

Mom I know darn well you didnt through all that dang meat of a king crab in the trash bowl! So you rolling like that! Mom Guess what I had a friend of mine who goes to North Carolina alot due to thats where is from. He brought me back some blue crabs in ice in a cooler. A total of 24 so I have steamed 2 batches of 6 and they have all been either mush or empty. Ms. Diversity said they were more then likely dead when he put them in ice. I told him that and he said they was alive. I want some blues so bad. I have gotten some Camerson's Seafood for like $ 200.00 plus like snow crabs and other stuff. What do you think is the problem. I love you and Thank Jah for looking over you household and postponing the surgery.
